I ordered for a magazine stand set almost a month ago. They seem to have had some stock problem, Groupon customer support did not even bother to inform me about this, and I came to know this only when I wrote to them.This is downright rude and cheap.


The orders for COD are also not reflected in the account section. So the customer has absolutely no clue and also no way to know what is happening.The order simply cannot be tracked if it is COD. Add to this the total apathy of the customer support who do not understand the value of the customers, this is a shopping portal I say AVOID.


I received some absolutely feeble mails in reply to my email I sent to them. I don’t think they care the least bit anyway, but I AM NOT BUYING FROMGROUPON.IN AGAIN. The customer support couldn’t care less, is least bothered, and seriously, I am tired of those soppy email replies in reply.


DO NOT SHOP FROM GROUPON.IN.


These guys suck.
