We have ordered PUMA Shoes from Groupon on 24th Nov 2016 and received on 23rd Dec 2016 even after so many emails and calls to the customer care. When we asked customer care than they replied that your shipment is lost in transit hence we couldnt track the same. I had prepaid the amount to Groupon and there were no proper response from the customer care. This was too frustrating to me since I had already paid 1800 to Groupon with all my efforts were in vain.
Although product quality was good but the entire process was so frustrating that I would not recommed anyone to buy product from Groupon.
