I am extremely surprised by the negative reviews about Crazeal. I am a regular deal hunter looking at sites like snapdeal, mydala and crazeal almost everyday. I feel Crazeal is by far the best user interface. Deals are not as cluttered as the other sites. I do feel that Crazeal targets the more upwardly mobile consumers and hence, the deals are more suited to this clientele. I have never faced an issue with the deal quality or the customer service. Highly recommend Crazeal over the tens of competitors.
