I have purchased two products from Groupon (Crazeal ) and had a very bad experience.
First I purchased a POLO watch which had a one year manufacturer warranty. The date dail stopped working after 10 days and the watch completely stopped working working after two months and I had to claim for the warranty and sent it to the merchant. The merchant never fixed the date dail function. Groupon and these merchants are hand in glove to sell their defective products.
Please for heaven sake don’t buy!
Secondly I ordered for a bean bag. received it after many continuous calls to support. at one point I was directed to contact the merchant. He took more than 15 days to deliver the product. The quality is also not good.
Pathetic Service!. Never Buy!!
