29.04.2014 Refund request process.
7. 02. 05. 2014= No refund even after 2 number followups.
There mail and management "most such refunds take place within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank. From our side the money has been sent to your bank/credit card/debit card today itself."
Are they personally going to visit my branch and deposit the money? Today morning 2nd May 10 AM I called up their Manager, he promised to me call back with transfer details in 2hrs time. He never called back.
