Dissatified to delight

I brought the samsung mobile touch screen and it was nt well for use, so I went at service center bt they did’t replied me in good way and they were also trying to divert me bt MR.ANSARI was given me


the good service and change the set twice time upto I did’t satisfied.as far as concern about service mr.ansari tryed to get me his own poll till I did’t satisfied.


Yet I m in samsung net and all credit goes to according to me Mr. Ansari is more conscious for customer related he is sales manager bt his role was like Relationship manager. Therfore I m forwarding this feed back regarding samsung buy it and avail the international service. I advice to my friends and told live with samsung.good service.
