Guys Gt taxi service is providing a very bad to the customers. Some of the issues while taking GT taxi: -
Arrival of taxi- guys I booked taxi for my tour but the taxi doesn’t come on time and I keeps on waiting and waiting when I make a phone call to the driver he doesn’t pick up my phone and the taxi come 36 min. late.
Misbehaviour of Driver- when I try to scold driver for coming so late he misbehaved with me and he drives very carelessly at a very high speed
3.Very Costly Service- guys they charge too much for their service and doesn’t provide well service
Garbage inside Taxi- the taxi is not properly cleaned and there is garbage inside taxi and there is half smoked cigarettes and paper lying here and there
Smoking of Driver- the driver smokes badly while driving and he keeps on smoking when I said to stop this he doesn’t stop and smoked on .
Really very dissatisfied and disappointed with GT Taxi service.
