I have purchase Tummy Fit oil after watching ad on TV, trust me and never buy this product. Product is sold just on wrong commitments, I was been told that 1 inch WAIST will be reduce within 7 days, and 4-5 inch in 30 days and you will get call within 10 days after delivering product. If you are not satisfied executive will come there and collect your product and refund your 100% money. I asked this question 4 times that I will get my 100% CASH refund and they confirm the same.
Product ordered on 11th Dec 13 and delivered on 13th Dec 13, I paid Rs.3000/-. started using from next day. After using for 10 days there was no use, 1 CM was not reduced, 1 inch which was committed was out of question.
Story no finish here, I canned on customer care 9229364364 on 23rd Dec to claim the refund and I got the 1ST SHOCK. I was been told to use product for min 30 days and purchase one more bottle to see the effect. They tried to convince me to keep the product but I asked for refund my cash. Got 2nd SHOCK, they told me that money will be refund after 12 months or 30% will be deducted for immediate refund. After lot of arguments I agreed for 30% refund. Now got 3rd SHOCK. They told me to courier the product to Indore.
Friends, . Commitment while placing the order and communication for service was totally different. I cannot even say this is worst company. How our government is issuing licenses to run such company.
I am sparing my time to write this so you can be alert while ordering anything via GTM teleshopping or any similar product from any other such FAKE company.
I am thinking to approach consumer court; if anyone having same experience can reply me here. I will be waiting for your responses for next 15 days.
