Since the last 11 month, I have purchased a broadband connection from GTPL in GHUMA BOPAL, Ahmedabad. My connection is not working properly. Whenever you are complaining in customer care they are registering your complaint and closing it without doing anything after a few hours or 1 day.
They just know how to speak to the client but never tried to resolve your complaint. This time since last 1 week not working my connection. I complained continuously minimum 12 times in 7 days but no one has come to my home.
