Really its having a very bad network speed, I brought GTPL broadband service in august from now I did 50 calls to the help center. for system down, low speed.its really you know.and they offered me 1 mbps. but only getting 150 kbps speed some time and I always suffer connectivity problem every week more than single time because of system problem at least the have to provide proper system in to their office so customer can register while m calling to the customer care they ask mits complaine to call again they have to do some thing otherwise it will be fall down.
