first of all I am a Tech person. and writing my review based on my experience.
I am using GTPL broadband from 2015, and recently in feb I had upgraded to 40mbps plan, but I am not getting speed more than 20-22 MBPS, and when I complain, the technician visited, he did some troubleshoot, and when nothing happened, he told me that, sir itna hi aata hai yeha pee to, apka router khwraab hai, I had then updated the router firmware in front of him, then also nothing happen, he told me to change router, luckily I had one more router, I connected that, still same, now he told me sir new router purchase karo" I was shocked, why should I purchase new one, when I have dlink 605L series with latest firmware. I understood that these guys donot have knowledge, so I have given up, now I am planning to upgrade to fiber optics cable, I need your opinion friends that is fiber better .
