Everyday it disconnects at least 2-3 times and remains unavailable for more than half of the day.
Customer Care keep your call on queue and when you turn comes says good bye and disconnects.
Online complaints are closed without any resolution.
Local Internet office never picks up the phone.
Even GTPL on twitter says they will look into it but haven’t replied or resolved yet.
Visited their office at last to which I got a reply: "We are working amd have no ETA as to when it will get resolved."
So, in short WORST UNRELIABLE SHITTIEST FIBER BROADBAND CONNECTION OF KOLKATA... once upon a time it was good indeed.
Its been more than 15 days that the GTPL Fiber Broadband got disconnected and ever since the amphan cyclone, these guys haven’t been able to restore the connection properly.
Will definitly edit the rating if they get back to their previous form i.e. if they care at all.
