GTPL Cable Network

I had recently relocated to a new house and opted for a cable services offered by GTPL and its proving to be a wrong decision and leaving me with frustrated experience as there is no one who attend phone calls, no proper mechanism to handle grievances of customers. Here are my concerns :




  1. I have recently shifted to the above mentioned address and enquired for local cable network and opted for GTPL Digital Cable. It took more than a week days for me to get the new connection after repeated follow ups and even after connecting the cable, the quality of the signals received are pathetic. Attaching one of the images indicating the quality for your ready reference.




Amount was paid on 20th of Feb and the connection was activated on 24th of Feb. The quality of the signals received are very bad and I am not able to watch any channel due to poor signal. There is no response from the local cable operator even for repeated calls and no action taken till date even after completion of 20 days.


When I tried log a complaint with GTPL call centre, to my surprise, the cable connection is registered with a different mobile no and I was not allowed to give a complaint and not able to track the status of the complaint.


The call centers( located in Ahmadabad) had no clue about the details of the local office / address / phone number etc., They only repeat the messages what they and you will not have any solution.


Finally I had left with no option to change the cable operator and choose a different one.   I recommend, no one should opt for the services of GTPL cable network. Beware of this before choosing.
