We were using this broadband service in Baroda for the past one year. When ever their service is down we call ip the customwr care and it takes ages for them to come and fix it.
Just last month it took around a month for them to come and fix it for a petty problem. For a small problem we had to wait for a month for them to come and resolve it.
Apart from this their internet speed is not reliable. We had taken a year’s connection therefore we were stuck with this connection. We thought we did a big mistake by taking this connection and wanted to get rid of it but their procedure of surrender is impossible to abide by and we were stuck up with connection. One can take this connection at your own risk. Zero rating for the cs and after sale service.
