I had bought a guess watch 2 months back, I was impressed by th style, the black gunmetal strap with a black and GOLD dial looked amazing, it cost me 15000rs but I didnt mind as it looked fantastic by as days passed by, the strap became a little loose and the pin started coming out inspite of my careful use.
I had gone to oberio mall at goregaon for lunch and I saw a guess store there so I decided to show them the watch, the person said he could fix it in 2 minutes so I gave him the watch and he actually hit th pin with a hammer and forced it inside, when he gave me the watch I saw that th GOLD dial had been scratched very badly and there were terrible marks on th watch,
I asked him to do somthing about it and he said that even if I gave it to their main branch for services this would happen.just look at this persons guts, first of all he makes a mistake and then he has no regrets, I asked him to call the store manager and there was a lady which didnt even look like the store manager, she was just the cashier I think.she connected me to thesuperviser Mr.GURUPRASAD who was rude and said its a mistake and nothing can be done, then I spoke to Mr.BRIGESH who is the guess operation manager and wanted me to leave the watch at the store and wait for their call.
I even told him that I would file a case in the consumer court but yet he was not scared at all.these multinational companies are horrible and do not care about their customers, once they sell their expensive products and meet their sales targets they do not care about the customers.
