We have often travelled via Guideline tours and I must say there has never been any disappointment. From food to travel everything was taken care by team. Though Once in Bali we did face an issue with one of our hotels but even at 11.30 in the night they were at our assistance and sorted our issues .We were immediately transferred to a different hotel in matter of no time and I really appreciate that.
