This review is regarding Guinea Motors Service Centre.
Each time I go to their Service Center to service my car something bad happens that makes me regret my decision of coming to this place. Let me share you the first incident. I booked a Serivce for my Indica Vista Quadrajet I was told that the service centre opens at 9:30 in the morning. I reached there at 9:30 and to my surprise I found only the security guard and no one else . I waited, Employees started coming from 10 AM onwards and then work started around 10:30 Since I had booked my service the service work started on my car around 10:45 and my car was ready at 11:30 after service it was sent for washing. From 11:30, the clock clocked at 12:30 then 1:30 then 2:30 and then 3:30 but my car was still standing still in a corner dirty and unwashed just because they were not washing car according to the number because my car was on third number in the washing line. They were bringing cars inside from the exit gate and when I asked them, I was told that my car will go for washing around 5:30 pm and on this my anger broke out and I left the service station without getting my car washed.
The workshop area doesnt has any lights. Mechanics use torch from thier phone to work on the car. Mechanics are highly unprofessional as the guy who was working on my car Didnt know the location of Engine oil Filter in the car. Even I know where the Engine oil filter is and I told him the location of the Filter.
Place is very unhygienic theres grease everywhere in the workshop area and the waiting area is also dirty. It feels like youve entered a local roadside garage and not an authorised service centre.
Sorry Tata Motors, but its dealership like Guinea Motors that give your Brand a Bad name.
