I won the draw on May 25, and they called me on the morning of May 26th.I won the 4 out of 6 Super, a sum of DHS 10000.After the initial call, that they kept calling and emailing until they interviewed me.After that there was complete silence and then their landline customer service number stopped working, after a lot of messages on Social Media I got a mobile number, but no one responds to my WhatsApp messages.It’s actually a Dubai number with WhatsApp, which itself is suspect.No one gives clear details, just vague answers, and they keep giving you a run around.PLEASE DO NOT BUY THEIR LOTTERY TICKETS and do not waste your hard earned money, because even when you win, they’re not paying up! I am obviously planning to look at which are the authorities I can approach to take legal action, because, to me, it’s not about the money, but about the principle of the issue. They were dragging me along until today which was supposed to be the day the money should be credited in my account according to both Suresh and Soniya who work at Gulf Ticket, but no money has showed up and now they’re not responding. I will definitely be taking legal action against this company!
