My daughter was born in Gunasheela, Bangalore. Now we had gone to Gunasheela for her pregnancy test.
We were made to wait from 10.30 am (appointment) to 1.30 pm, without anybody in hospital knowing which doctor will call whom.Reception informs that doctors arrive late and they can not guarantee when they will attend.
The patients of fertility clinic also gather along with maternity patients and the Reception says it is impossible to manage. and that they can do nothing about it. One woman, in an advanced stage of pregnancy said that she has been waiting since 7.30 am.! The toilets were as good as public toilets.
To cap it all, the doctor confirms the pregnancy as though with a disdain. All this , after a hefty fee. You have spent money in buliding.Where is the adminstration and commitment? I could not recover from the shock of the service of one of the premier maternity Hospitals.(Once upon a time) Naturally we have chosen another hospital.
May be , a cliche-it is hard to earn a good name, but harder to retain it. Where is the Gunasheela of yore, where personal attention was the hall mark?
