Company managed very poorly by two lalas - VP HR and MD.
Two out of four verticals have closed in last 3 years and all employees were terminated. Non performing company with over stressed employees with no plan for future.
They deduct very high part of salary at the time of FnF, even for any minor damage to laptops and incase of lost ID card. Very poor culture and un organised company. Only joined, if you don’t have any options.
