We were having some emergency to which doctor suggested to stay back in hospital for a day . It was 7:30 AM in the morning they shifted patient to some pathetic side room and asked us to wait for hour or 2, they shifted us in a new room after 12 hours.When we showed our dissatisfaction about service ; to my surprise they said we are doing favour on you giving side room.
In Room you will not get any hand wash , sanitiser or any necessary things.They will charge 2500 for 1 day stay then also they don’t have any necessary daily usage things in their rooms.
Seniors doctors (rude ladies ) are pathetic , they will show that they are doing a work that nobodies do. Helpers (some thing called as Maushi) will come to room and will talk like you have done something wrong calling them;When they will leave they will keep door open. Absolutely don’t have any manners. They will talk like road workers .
They took 3-4 hours to handover bills.....
Pathetic support staff .
