The Gurudwara Dhan Pothohar Nagar is located at North Avenue Road, Near Muktanand Park in Santacruz(W).
I visit this Gurudwara every now and then, and I would like everyone to visit here. The keertan’s in the evening time really make you relax and you get peace here away from your hectic schedule of the day. The keertan’s are mostly in Punjabi, but they are translated, via. a projector in Hindi and English.
In this Gurudwara, you will find inner peace and contentment once you enter inside. In addition to this, at night after the Aardas is over at around 8.00 pm, langar is served for people from all walks of life. You can see the rich, the poor and the middle class everyone coming for the langar. It is really served with great love and affection.
The Gurudwara also has a charitable hospital.
During Guru Nanak Jayanti(Gurpurab), the langar is conducted on a huge magnitude in their ground at night. People from everyone come and join in to have the langar.
