Guru Bhai, is a top class movie and one will see Junior B reaching bigger heights. However, anyone with some knowledge of Industry, will wonder if Guru is Dhirubhai Ambani and Shakti Industries is Reliance !!!What ever be the ’inspiration’, Mani Ratnam’s treatment is feast to eyes. While Rahman’s music is good, except a song or two, they are not very catchy. The picturization is just too good. Hats off to the cameraman.Some people may not understand how Guru is making money.
But, just do not think about it. And then coming to acting, there were whistles only when Mallika Sheravat removed her veil. People seem to be not recognising her by the curves !!!! Abhshek is top class. I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed with Mani Ratnam’s selection of the female lead. Ash simply does not make any impact. Many say, they see a great chemistry between Abhishek and Ash. I don’t see any. In fact, she is dull. How we liked Rani & Abhishek’s chemistry in Yuva and Bunti aur bubli !
