Device not working in 20 months and no response

Our Guru IP TV stream box is not working now, I spoke to customer service on the issue I currently facing, this is 20 months old device, when I asked for replacement they denied and charging$120, when I asked why should I pay if that is not my fault, they just disconnect my call, such a worst behaviour, I called then again and asked to cancel and refund, they refused, it is really frustrating and feeling cheated.

Please before you go fo Guru IP TV make sure you cross check on this otherwise you will get into the same issue and end up paying more for this useless device or no refund
