I am writing to share my recent service experience with your center, with the aim of providing constructive feedback for improvement.
I recently brought my car in for a general service, which included replacing the wiper blades and addressing a left pull issue. The total service cost was approximately 35, 000 INR. Unfortunately, the wiper blades that were installed turned out to be faulty. When I returned to the service center to address this, I was asked to pay again within 10 days. Additionally, despite discussing the left pull issue, it remains unresolved, and I was given explanations that did not address the problem effectively.
During my visit, the Service Head, Mr. Venkata Perumal, was courteous, but I felt that the handling of my concerns was not satisfactory. Furthermore, I had rust issues with my car, which is still under warranty. Initially, I was told this would be resolved at no additional cost. However, the same rust problem reoccurred within four months, and I was again asked to cover the repair costs. Fortunately, with the assistance of Tata Motors, this issue was eventually resolved.
Overall, I am disappointed with the service provided, as my issues were not properly addressed, leading to zero customer satisfaction. I believe that service centers should replace faulty parts under warranty rather than causing further inconvenience to customers.
