According to this institution, the best teacher is the one who simply fills the board with text and makes children copy like robots. If thats the definition of academics here, then what are students actually learning? Absolutely nothing.

If you try to teach better, if you try to raise concerns, if you try to bring something meaningful into the classroom, you will be ignored, shouted at, humiliated in front of students, or casually dismissed.
