I have booked tickets in BookMyShow in GVK mall for movie. There I have forgot to download movie tickets previously and shown him the confirmation message. There the staff were like looking me cheap, instead of guiding me what to next.
I have’t visited that mall previously for a movie or anything. There I felt very embarrassed in-front of all the people. This was not the expected attitude of the staff working in this renowned malls.
