I usually buy books from H&C Stores located in Cochin. They have two locations- one near south railway station and other near palarivattom. Both shops are very good.
It has a wide range of books.
You can get new arrivals as well as old ones- both fiction and nonfiction.
All kinds of study books for students are available- workbooks, textbooks, guides and other study materials are readily available.( for state syllabus and CBSE, ICSE syllabus).
College textbooks and guides are also available.
Abundant with computer/technical books.
You can find good management books too.
Books for competitive exams like CAT, MAT, Bank tests, Railway, BSNL examinations, GRE, IIT-JEE, Kerala entrance examinations, NTSE examination guide, PSC Examination guide, and books for many other competitive examinations and aptitude tests.
You can roam around and select the books you want. There is good customer service too. There are people available readily for your help. You can ask them if you need any help.
Overall I would like to rate the shop 8 out of 10.
