Now am realised after fooled from 2019 onwards, every year complaint, Kerala service team replacing my bended burner by low quality burners every 8 months billing 600 rs each time(5 years warranty period times).Now 2023 again complaint raised forbending burners of 100 & 130 , sent a service man, not an expert and reported as 4burners has complaint and hafele Oro 000 (purchased date June 2019) is discontinued product, so no same burner available and original ones cost of 5900 for 130 burner, and I had to pay for it and we are replacing it with 1950 rs similar quality.I raised against that, now from them saying that they will replace with original one.After raising complaint at customer care of, twitter, they sent an expert and took a video and told that only 2burners have problem and they will replace free .Last three services in 2019, 2021 &2022 no bill purchase of replaced bill and all.I blindly trusted them.Am very much suspicious about the product after warranty period.So dear all , not to buy hafele home appliances worst than any very local product.It can be treat as show case product, not for daily purpose. Kerala customer service entire teams are rude and non responsive.
