I purchased in March 22, a 14 setting dishwasher acqua model from hafele showroom, after analysing very many products in the market it’s a very nice product. Its performance in terms of dish washer quality is superb. Very clean vessels even after 90 min wash. The service support given by hafelle is best. It so happened that due to sudden spike in voltage at my home, the mother board became dead. However hafele replaced it without any issue as it was under two years warranty. After a week again the same issue happened and due to spike in voltage the board got damaged. Again hafele replaced it without any charges. Now I am using the dw with a stabiliser and hence the machine is doing a perfect job. I have to appreciate the timely and quick support given by hafelle. service engineers . I recommend this product to anyone who wants to escape from maid problem at home.
