I purchased Hafele chimney for about 30000. Within 3 years it started giving problems. Atleast 3 times we had to call engineer. We had to replace board panel costing 3000 within 3years. We had also purchased Hafele hob for about 30000. It is also giving problem. Atleast 5 times we had to call engineer for hob repair. Never buy Hafele products.
