Hafele being one of the most premium brands has HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED US!!!
They have the WORST customer service . I don’t even know where to begin,
My experience with Hafele’s customer service has been an absolute nightmare. Over the past two years, my wardrobe has been a constant source of frustration, with one issue after another. It hasn’t even been five years since I bought it, and it’s falling apart. Every time I request a repair, they take ages to respond, and when they finally show up, they never have the damn parts! They come, take a look, promise to order what’s needed, but surprise, surprise, only a fraction of the parts ever arrive. It’s like dealing with a bunch of incompetent clowns. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Hafele. Their furniture is garbage, and their customer service is even worse.THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM SUCH PREMIUM BRANDS!
