I purchased this TV in April 2019. It was OK for about an year. The TV became slow to respond to the commands from the remote then onwards. Eventually it went to no response in about 2.5 years. The customer support has sent a private TV repairer on receiving a complaint. Looks like they do not have service team of their own. I hope the TV will be repaired properly without any further problems at affordable cost. It is bad that the TV has gone bad so soon. Hope this is not an arrangement to loot the customer. I am waiting to know the cost of repair and that it will be repaired and returned in a day or two.
