Today I bought a Haier Geyser ES35V - P2, I was also impressed with the remote control option before buying the geyser, I had browsed all the top brands such as Racold, Bajaj geysers etc before selecting this. The geyser was delivered yesterday and was to to be installed today. unfortunately I was so so disappointed, First, I had put the batteries in the remote with such excitement only to be disappointed,
The remote does not work at all, A brand new Geyser, Opened from the packing and guess what the remote for which I have actually bought the geyser, it doesn’t work.
On top of all, The company hand sent in their local outsourced technicians to fix the geysers and the irony is, The technician who was installing, installed the geyser in a tilted position, when I confronted him why he did so, He was like non regretful and instead when I updated the matter to the service center and the showroom where I bough the geyser, The technician started telling me I should not be bothered if the geyser is titled or straight.(That is the most absurd thing I have heard)
When I asked the technician to put the geyser in a straight position, He says, the bolts on which the geyser is tagged to, can be used only once and now he doesn’t have any other bolts . When I asked him when he would get them, He was like, you and your company should know it,
I am so disappointed, I had put in Rs. 10000/- and preferred Haier on other brands like Racold and this is what I got . I wonder how could the company release the remote without testing it and how could they have such technicians who cannot even put the geyser in the proper position.
