Their products are very bad and their service is worse. I bought a geyser in Sept 2015 and started using it in Dec 2015. After using it for a month, the element had to be changed. After using it for another month, now the sensor needs to be changed. I dont have the time to keep getting things fixedchanged every month. I have been calling your Customer Care and they are very unprofessional.
They have the audacity to hang up on customers! I have been calling for the past 1 month and have received no response yet. I have been running from pillar-to-post and its of no use. I wish I had listened to people when they had advised me against Haier. No wonder people refrain from Chinese companies. They have no standard and quality for them is an alien word. Considering how bad and unethical their service is, I now dont want a placement. I want a refund.
