I am using this ac from many years but I have received many problem if you don’t use this air conditioner for months and suddenly you start using it doesn’t work properly it is not that good in long term use, if we use this ac everyday or once a week it is very good .It cools the room very soon, it has high power, if you are going to use this ac everyday or regularly you can buy this but don’t buy if your not going to use regularly .this ac will be best for office use, the service is okay not so good not so bad
