Bought a Refrigerator. HAIER REF HRB3654PKGE BLACK GLASS BLO3SBE8GO1TOK530062. Before buying I did not know it was a Chinese company.
The door came off !!!! Not just it came off, it broke the tile of the floor.
And they ask me around 10000 to replace the door for a refrigerator which was bought for 33000.
Made, numerous calls to the local support team. They are so rude, as if they are paid to be rude. They will be talking to some other colleagues when they are talking to you, as if you are secondary and someone else is more important to a support person.
Finally agreed to pay the negotiated money to them, then started another drama. They say, Door is not available. I was told they will "manufacture" the door as it is no longer available. Then they tell me (after numerous calls) that I have to take some other models door for my fridge. If only I had to take that, wouldnt I have bought something else, in first place. How come the product parts are unavailable within a short period of 4 years ( in the first place refrigerators are never seen to have problem of door falling off in 20 years of use)
Asked them to connect to their manager, they are just not willing to tell the name or number or connect.
Contacted the National Support Team , they ask to talk the same local team which is behaving rudely.
The problem is still open....only God [HAIER] knows when they will fix...
My conclusion : DO NOT BUY FROM HAIER if you are spending your own money.
