Hi friends.Freezer module is too fragile. In our case, it got punctured within 5 months time and company says it is not under warranty as its a physical damage. For repairing thay say it would cost Rs 6K+ which is more than 50% of price we paid for refrigerator itself.
Another issue is getting spare parts. We are in Bangalore and every spare part needs to be ordered and shipped from Pune. This process takes weeks time to get your refrigerator repaired even if you are ready to pay.
