I am very sorry to state that the chennai service agent of Haier(by name Hi-Cool airconditioners) professionalism to handle customer service is very bad. I have a Haier AC bought 6 months back and we booked a free service call yesterday the 2nd March 2016. Today, a technician by name Aadhi( mob no: 81220 68495) called me and said he is coming for service.
After 10 minutes he again called me and asked whether I live in Valmikinagar which is 5 KMs away from my place. I told him that I live in Neelankarai, for that he said I have given my address as Valmikinagar. I informed him why a customer will give a wrong address to receive service and he may be having wrong records. He went on arguing about the address for 15 minutes with me. I told him whether he is interested in servicing the AC or arguing about my address which is irrelevant. He still kept or arguing and I asked his name. He did not give his name.
I got his name by calling Hi-Cool office landline number and she also initially was reluctant to give his name and branch managers name. I am apalled how badly all people at Haier chennai service agent Hi-Cool airconditioners treat their customers. I do not know the status of my service request now. I was promised that service calls will be closed within 24 hrs and this call is already more than 24 hrs old.
Customers at Chennai - Do not buy Haeir products. The service agent Hi-Cool airconditioners will make your life miserable. Haier company is good, but you have to finally depend on their service agent post purchase. Beware of the name "Hi-Cool airconditioners"
