They Had DelivereD The HAIER LED 2 Hours Has PasseD Away But No Service EngineeR Had CameD To Fit It. I Had CalleD 2 Times After That The ENGINEER Had CameD And Tried To Fit It But He AskeD Me To Give MOUNTED STAND OF WALL, I Told Them To Check It In Box But They Said That WITH HAIER LED NO WALL MOUNTED STAND WAS GIVEN Only TABLE StanD Was GiveN WiTh It.
~ He Told Me Either To Buy IT RIGHT NOW From After MarkeT Or PurchaseD The StanD From Us, He RefuseD To Wait For Long Time And I Had No Option LeFt So I Had Purchased The STAND By GIVING RS 1200 TO TheM. We Had Purchased Many LED And LCD But We Had Never PurchaseD STAND We Always Get It Free WITH TV. After We Had Started UsinG It I FoR The 1 MONTH It Works PerfecTly Fine, Its SOUND QUALITY IS GOOD The SounD OuTput Is Clear And It Remains Stable On HIGH VOLUME Also. The Picture Quality Is Also Good The Colors Look Bright And SaturateD And The Experience Of WatchinG The TV REMAINS CRYSTAL CLEAR. But When I TrieD To CONNECT WIFI IN IT, It Always ShowN An AUTHENTICATION ERROR And It Never ConnecTs. I Had Even TrieD To ConnecT It With WLAN But It Shows The Same Error, I Had Called CUSTOMER SERVICE The Engineer Had CameD He Also Tried A Lot To Solve The ISSUE But He Fails In It And Said That He Will ComplainT AbouT It To SenioRS.

I Had CheckeD It Own The SCREEN GOES DEMISHING From UpwarD To DownwarDs, I Had CallED To CustomeR Care They Had CheckeD It And Said That There Is WATER Moisture InsiDe The TV And Said That We Had Clean The LED WITH WET CLOTH By PuttinG Water With It, I Had Told Him That From The Date OF OUR PURCHASE To Till Date We Had NoT EveN Clean It With Dry CLOTH So Forget That We Had UseD Any WET CLOTH ON ITS SCREEN, I Had Also Told Her To See The Tendency Of DusT On It But He Refuse To ListeN AnythinG And Said I CanT Do AnythinG You Have To Spend AN APPROXIMATE AMOUNT OF RS 9000 In Order To Change The ScreeN And To WatcH TV.

~ After 48HOURS Has PasseD Away No Response From Their CustomeRS Service Or SeNIORS Was GiveN By TheM, I Had Contact Myself But Everytime There Ground CustomeR Service Said Same Dialogue That Our seniors Are Busy On Another Line, Soon The LineS Will Be Free And They Will Help You For 2 Days I Had CalleD More Than 23 TimeS After That I Had CONVERSATION With SENIOR EXECUTIVE And He Said That We Had CrosscheckeD All The ThinGs, The Company Cannot Do AnythinG In It As That Was My Mistake That We Had Used Water To Clean It, So I Have To Pay The AmounT To REPAIR It As I Had Intentionally Did This, They Clear Refuse To Do Anything Said Sorry And Dropped The Call, I Will Never Recommend Anyone To Trust On The CustomeR SERVICE OF HAIER Their Products Are Waste Of Money, They Sell Faulty ProduCtS And Their CustomeR SERVICE DIDNT Had The Courtesy To Apologize For The Inconvenience That The CustomeR Is FacinG Because Of Them And Their SO CALLED Faulty ProDuCT.
