Service support is totally poor. I purchased AC on 2.04.2021 and my warranty will be covered on 2.04.2022. I call for free service from technician and Haier representative on 1.04.2022 that my free service is pending and I told them please come and do it. Technician called me and told me he was coming but he did not come. This is a practice till 03.04.2022. Then I got a call from another technician on dt. 04.04.2022 that he also told he would come . and check my bill and told free service is over and it is chargeable. This type of warranty of my AC over. I am suggesting people dont purchase Haier AC as service is poor and technician are also technically not sound.when I complained on 1st april before expiring date .
