and inefficient dealer

Dear Mr. Pranay,
Inspite of the great perceptual bias towards
anything Chinese, with great trust, we purchased a front loading Haier washing
machine (as per details above)
While we were keen to purchase the top
loading model (with heating function) which was launched by you recently but the
dealer citing ‘not in stock’ persuaded us to buy the above model, with his
pitch being that Model 655 TME was the latest model with super silent operations;
having rat mesh etc.
He also offered us a free dish washing machine
and delivered the same at a very convenient (by him) hour of 11:00 pm. That too
(on checking in the morning) had a loose packaging (a case of repacking
perhaps) and with the main bolt (to hold the drum) loose and not in its place,
confirmed by the service engineer who came to give the demo.
Please note the series of events ever since –
a)
No demo
could be taken as they cited that fitting was to be done first by plumber.
b)
When we
got the fitting done and we called the person for demo again the demo could not
be done because he advised us to change the stand.
c)
The
stand which we had bought was not found appropriate by him and we were told how
to operate the machine.
d)
When we
got the new stand (which is same as supplied by the company) and started
the machine as per the instructions given by the person in his earlier visit, the
machine was found giving very loud noise and was vibrating like hell (looks
like you have married mobile phone technology to it)e)
We were forced to move 2-3 feet away from the machine and when it came to RINSE mode, we
immediately stopped the machine and called the dealer informing him of the
same.
f)
The next
day (a week ago) when the company person came he checked the machine and found
that “a spring was not fitted” and when he joined it there was still no
improvement.
g)
So he
took his time to examine the machine but couldn’t find the reason so he told us
he will look at the same model back in his office and will try 2 figure out the
problem.
There has been no response about the same
till date. Also we found no rat mesh etc. The machine is still giving loud sounds
as well as a new peculiar noise as if something is touching the drum / the
inner part during operation.
Incidentally, the operation manual has not
been delivered till date by the dealer/company inspite of repeated requests.
Also,
