Please never Go for it...

As every single home in india has started getting all possible machines to save time to get the job done as fast as one can even I did thinking of cutting down time on washing so went for purchasing a washing machine. The showroom person insisted to me that Haier is the product thats fast moving and I thought to go for it. But after 3 months from the date of purchase I started getting problems one after another and each time I call up the customer service cell they tell me that there will be someone available in the next working day which is fair enough. But hold on the real story starts then and it all starts in Hyderabad the fast growing IT hub.


The customer service person gave me a local contact of landline and mobile numbers one of which was the service center manager’s. So expecting a tinge of more responsibility from the manager I called him to explain his complaints and to my wonder the servicing guys showed up only after 3 weeks or so and told that the belt has got loosened out and he fixed it ran tha machine EMPTY (Please note) and went away charging a service charge of Rs.300/= though it was only within 3 or 4 months since I bought it.


After the service person left I loaded my clothes and started the machine guess what the machine did not run. So does it mean I have to run my washing machine just to wash water....disgusting....i called up the service person who attended it and told him what went wrong. Instantly he told he will come back in a week’s time to attend it. After that when he came after 3 or 4 weeks he opened it up and worked out on it and told me that the heater has failed and it was taken away for replacement. After a couple of weeks again the problem started. Because I had the local contact numbers I called up the service center directly for which they told that the service engineer will be there at home the next day.


But until week before last week the next day did not come and it was 4 months since the promise of next day was given. Now the machine has been taken to the service center for supervision was the reasoning given to me and was promised to be returned back in a week’s time. But until now nothing has turned up and I have been consistently calling up to check on the status and guess what they are consistent in saying we are working on it. My ultimate goal has taken a heavy toll which was saving time as opposed to me losing more time in follow up on status of the washing machine. People do not invest in this brand for any reason, they are not worth it and there is no care to customer here. The overall behaviour is you have bought my product and it is your problem not ours anymore. We endup buying problems from them not solutions.
