I bought Honda Activa - I from Haiku honda KR puram one year back and from Day one the electric start was a problem. At every service they promise the problem will not be there and next day onwards the problem again starts. It is very difficult for the ladies to do a kick start.
Now they have taken the battery for last one week in the pretext of charging or replacement, and they promised that they will call and inform abt the status but till today no nobody has informed anything. When I call them, they do not reply properly and cut the phone.
I dont know what to do next. I try contacting there manager’s phone no. but the manager also does not lift the phone.
The warranty claimed looks like are only for attracting the customers and selling the vehicles.I hope this review will help others before making their choice for honda vehicles.Service and courtesy towards customers needs to be improved a lot.
