I had taken activa I and from day one I had problem with the vehicle. while taking the delivery of the vehicle, the side shield had scratches. later they said they will change in first service and they didn’t do it. After first service I had the problem of vibration in the front and till 4th service they didn’t rectify and managers say, its a plastic vehicle, so vibrations will be there.
After first service the back brake was getting jammed and had to meet with an accident, later when I took to service center they said its because of wheel bend and they blamed us for that. Stupid managers.
Had issue with the head lights glasses getting cracked and they said they will change it in Feb 2014 and its been one year, and still they have not changed it. they just wash your vehicle in the service and do nothing, so its better to give to your local mechanic and get it serviced who at least does some work.
