Daily skin and hair care ruteen

Skin is the largest organ in our body.we should care our skin regularly.Everbody wants their skin to be healthy and glowing.Everyone have different  skin types like oily, dry, sensitive, normal.Everybody suffers from different types of skin problems include acne or pimple problems, easy darkening problems, excessive oil secretion, sweating problems, easy sun damage problems etc.To get rid of such problems we must take care of our skin regularly.First I would suggest  to clean at morning is very important.


Those who have oily skin should use any foam face wash to reduce oil from your face.Next step is make a herbal face pack and apply on your face to reduce oil secretion.it makes fresh and healthy skin.If you are going outside you have to prepare your skin for not to sweat so for that you have to use suncream and you should not use more than 40 spf it can harm your skin.you can also use powder.For glowing your skin you can use toner or rose water before you sleep at night.Along with using the skin products you musto also maintain our diet.


For hair care you should wash your hairs three times a week with good shampoo and conditioner.You can also apply coconut oil or castor oil three times on a week it helps your hair growth first.
