Just a month back I happened to see Haldiram’s Prabhuji - VIP Road advertisement in a daily newspaper. The main highlight of the advertisement was the Combo Offer of Chhole Kulcha and another Combo Offer of Dal Makhani and Jeera Rice at a very nominal price of Rs.79. Very Appealing Offer indeed!
In the evening we planned to avail the Combo Offer of Chhole Kulcha for dinner. We purchased 4 such packs and to our surprise, we found that instead of Kulcha all the combo boxes had bun bread. Then we re-checked the box, writings on it.
Chhole Kulcha was written on two boxes and the other two had Dal Makhani and Jeera Rice written on it. But the content in the boxes was bun bread and chhole to our surprise. Completely Cheated.
Seems lack quality control and check. A very bad experience.
The bun bread not at all fresh, chhole was smelling like the domestic cooking gas. When the pack was opened I felt like whether the knob of cooking gas oven is not turned off and a leakage is happening.
Just loyalty of Customer is working, quality has deteriorated like anything.
Believe Me! I don’t have the bill copy otherwise I would have attached it.
