Been going to Haldiram NH8 for decade. It had very nice menu, park, parking, and most important lovely food menu and food presentation. Those days salads were not served on thermacol and plastics. Food volume was more than today. Food price was lower than today. And Food presentation was also much better than today. All this is still not enough for a bad review.
What did it was rotten green vegetables in the salad. Just one deed shows that Haldiram is now lost all quality in its now minting restaurant which makes huge money.
The park is full of all thrown away food plastics which earlier was reusable cups not plastics.
And they also forgot that park is very much used to eat food where nothing but gutter water is lying all around the fountain grass with its awfull smell spreading all over the green park.
If they don’t want people to go to the park, close the park. If they want them to go and sit on a grass, make the place hygienic. This is after all restaurant. Not a govt park kept carelessly.
They setup a nice kids zone. I will not critize that. The kids enjoy it a lot. Parking space is till fine.
I have also posted a written complaint that their counter on a leaflet. They don’t have a proper complaint book. Will update here when I get a acknowledgement call back from them about my written complaint. A call back from them would be really nice.
