I used to eat at various Haldiram outlets in delhi ncr and have enjoyed the food very much but the kind of experience I had with haldiram sec63 was pathetic and want to share with you. 2 months back I visited this place along with family. The overall ambience was bit ok. We checked the menu and ordered chole bhature, raj kachori, Dahi bhalla and Dal kachori ( 1 had rest pack) but was disspointing to see that their billing persons seems untrained to handle the crowd and were taken long time to bill and dojng mistakes. We somehow ordered and when started eating the items we realized that the food quality was very bad and that’s why we didnt finish our entire meals. There was a sense of oil smell in Raj Kachori, Dal Kochoris were not fresh, smell in dahi bhalla however chole bhature was okey. Post this we raised our concerns to their manager however he was trying to convince us about the quality and then we shared on feedback on their touch system and rated accordingly. Haldiram’s delhi outlets food is very good however this sec 63 noida outlet experience was very bad.
