The story covers in this book is of about two characters Madhav Jha and Riya Somani. Madhav is simple bihari boy from royal family who doesn’t know English very well.
He comes to Delhi to study in St. Stephen collage as English type call it. He feels inferior as compared to English type, but one thing, in which Madhav is very good basketball player. And basketball ground is where he met with Riya who is daughter of rich businessman and very fluent in English and also play basketball but not good as madhav.
Riya loves simplicity of madhav and madhav also loves her. Madhav wants relationship but Riya wants only friendship. So she is ready to be half girlfriend. Madhav is succeed to become full boyfriend. I suggest to read the book to know how the story takes a twist.
